![]() It's clear they truly want me to be a satisfied customer. I've had a few questions after my system was installed, and Jill and team have been very responsive. He too was great to work with, explained the design details, and answered all my questions. He encountered an issue with the local utility requirements and spent considerable extra time, expense, and installed extra equipment to meet the utility requirements (and at Perihelion expense!). Wes performed the electrical/control box install and was outstanding. Heath was happy to let me observe the install and answered any/all my questions during the install. Heath and his panel install team were amazing - their attention to detail showed. Owner Andy and salesperson Jill were very thorough in answering my (many) questions about Perihelion, how to optimize my design, after sales support, warranty, contract, etc. Although Perihelion is a small Arkansas-based provider, they more than make up for that by being passionate about "doing solar right". Their proposal was similar in price to another that I had received, BUT their design was superior in several ways. I did a great deal of research on solar, panel makes/models, design options, providers, etc. My Background: I'm a mechanical engineer with a business degree and 40 years of industry experience with product design, testing, analysis, support, and project management. I STRONGLY recommend Perihelion Solar for your solar system. Oh, and now I have 2 underperforming panels to deal with. If you call them, be prepared to be shuffled around their "system". It's a consumption meter that communicates use of power - very useful if you want to do things that requires electric power to operate.īR has failed to meet a simple and logical expectation. With each day that goes by with my system not having a consumption meter, the frustration of my poor decision to go with them continues. Please use this review when making the financial decision to go with them or a competitor. This review is an example of BR's lack of responsibility and accountability. Then BR decided to NOT respond to my inquiries nor honor their commitment. Then BR decided to NOT install a CT with my system. The tech was unable to install the CT because of the work originally done by the BR team. They sent out a tech to install one at my urging. They allowed me 18-20 months to believe I had one. ![]() BR Solar promised me a consumption meter with my system.
